In the second half of October, we delivered one of our most demanding projects of the year. We provided a full multimedia setup (LED screens, lighting, and audio) for one of the largest booths at Global Health in Riyadh – the leading medical industry trade show in Saudi Arabia.
The booth was designed in a highly futuristic style to reflect the advanced technology behind the products showcased. Our responsibility went far beyond supplying equipment. We handled the complete integration of all multimedia systems within a Disguise workflow, ensuring smooth, reliable playback and perfectly synchronized presentations throughout the event.
Scope of Work
- Delivery and installation of LED screens (walls, floors, and ceiling)
- Lighting design and installation tailored to the booth’s futuristic architecture
- Full audio system setup
- Planning, wiring, and complete integration of all multimedia systems using Disguise, enabling centralized content control and real-time show management
Key Challenges
- Build timeline: the entire booth had to be completed in just 78 hours – requiring flawless coordination, parallel workflows, and precise task management.
- Extreme precision: every LED panel had to fit the booth’s physical structure to the centimeter. Walls, floors, and ceiling installations required exceptionally tight tolerances during mounting and calibration.
- Working on a different continent: the project required adapting to local technical standards, different working conditions, and cultural and procedural differences that influenced day-to-day operations.
- Intensity of the trade show: over the 4 days of the event, the booth hosted numerous presentations of new products from Cloud and Flow, which meant our systems had to remain fully stable and performance-ready at all times.
How We Delivered
This project pushed us on many levels – limited time, unconventional LED installation points (including floor and ceiling), and the need to navigate an entirely different working environment. Despite all challenges, our technical team successfully delivered every stage of the project: from unloading, mounting, and LED calibration, to audio setup, systems testing, and final integration of the entire show in Disguise.
The result? A perfectly executed installation. LED screens aligned precisely with the booth structure, all systems performed flawlessly, and the client received a world-class booth that matched the ambitious vision of the designers.
