Canal+ Sports Studio Redesign

Goal:

Refreshing the sports studio design at Canal+

Challenges:

We needed to design the platforms to be as mobile as possible.
Thanks to simple connections, by removing one of the elements of the platform where the LED strip is installed, it is possible for the remaining part to light up. 

Scope of work:

• Installation of high-resolution LED screens – 1.66 pixels
• Creation of an automatic LED screen
• Creation of a mobile substructure and electrical and signal installation so that the columns can be moved from the left side to the right while maintaining cable cleanliness in the studio
• Installation of Video LED strips
• Installation of LED strips

Creation of a stage automation system dedicated to the project

• Automation system with screen positioning in 3 different positions and 3 planes
• Design and delivery of the automation system
• Construction and assembly of the structure

Creation of the capability to connect mobile LED screens for signal and power

• Design and construction of a network for signal transmission to the screens in the studio
• Design and implementation of a system for connecting screens without the need for configuration changes or content modifications
• Design and delivery of control systems compatible with VIZ-ART media servers
