Overview:

ARAM was responsible for the design and comprehensive implementation of multimedia and lighting for both stages during CLOUT Festival 2026. This large outdoor event required the provision of a massive amount of top-of-the-line equipment that would meet both the technical requirements of the performing artists and the festival-scale of the project.

Scope of delivery:

comprehensive technical support for two stages: Mainstage and Secondstage,
delivery, installation and operation of LED screens with a total area of 275 m² (divided into 5 independent screens),
installation of a large central screen with an area of approximately 131 m²,
an extensive lighting system including 356 fixtures on the Main Stage and 102 devices on the Second Stage,
show service, technical support during the festival and efficient disassembly.

Scale and logistics:

The installation of the massive technical infrastructure took four days, and a specialized team of approximately 30 people handled the on-site operation. The greatest logistical challenge was the extremely difficult weather conditions – strong winds, which forced periodic suspensions of work on the stage for safety reasons. Despite these challenges, thanks to the excellent management and determination of the team, all the equipment was installed, configured, and delivered perfectly on time.

The result was an impressive, fully functional festival space with a powerful lighting and visual identity that provided an unforgettable experience for the audience of thousands.
