Overview:
For the German Fan Zone connected with the winter Olympic activation in Cortina d’Ampezzo, ARAM supported the outdoor setup with four LED screens, each measuring 4 x 2.5 m. The project combined fast installation, winter logistics and close coordination with Unilumin and the German technical contractor.
Scope of delivery:
- installation and dismantling of four outdoor LED screens,
- technical supervision during setup,
- coordination of work with Unilumin and the German technical partner,
- logistics support on a snow-covered outdoor site.
Technology and logistics:
A two-person installation crew, supported by supervision, worked in demanding mountain conditions with approximately 60 cm of snow. The location, a golf-course area outside the city, required flexible access planning, winter-safe handling of equipment and fast adaptation to limited external lighting.
The final setup gave the fan zone a strong visual layer while proving that compact, experienced teams can deliver reliably even in difficult winter conditions.
