KIA Dealer Conference - Sopot

Overview:

ARAM delivered the multimedia and lighting execution for a KIA dealer conference in Sopot. The event gathered automotive dealers from across Poland and required a polished, business-focused environment based on a previously prepared creative and lighting concept.

Scope of delivery:

• execution of the supplied multimedia and lighting design,
• a main screen of approximately 12 x 4 m,
• a secondary screen of approximately 4 x 4 m,
• lighting rig, stage lighting and atmospheric uplighting,
• show operation, technical support and dismantling.

Scale and logistics:

The project was confirmed on a tight timeline, roughly one month before the event. ARAM coordinated ceiling rigging, delivered around 80 key lighting fixtures with additional uplights for corridors and ambience, and handled the work with an on-site team of approximately 15 people.

The final setup created a clean conference stage with a strong visual identity, giving the KIA dealer meeting the scale and finish expected from a professional corporate event.
