Overview:
ARAM was responsible for the comprehensive implementation of multimedia technology during the Fall Season Programming presentation. This key industry event for the station, during which journalists, advertisers, and invited guests are presented with new programming and flagship productions. The project required the creation of large-format, complex, and impressively scaled multimedia structures, which served as the main design element of the entire presentation.
Scope of delivery:
-
LED screens with a total area of 630 m², divided into a series of smaller and larger surfaces (from 3.75 m² to 112 m²),
-
a central, open cube of LED screens measuring 5 x 5 x 5 m, equipped with lossless 90° edge connections and screening on both sides (inner and outer),
-
a suspended LED cube constructed of 130 m of FrameLED Pulse modules on a dedicated structure,
-
110 m of RGBW LED strips and approximately 300 m of High Strips as scenographic details,
-
a construction facility based on 50 hoists and a Quadro 290 system,
-
complete control and distribution equipment for multimedia management.
Technology and logistics:
Installing such a large multimedia area posed a significant time challenge. Working with event producer Katarzyna Wcisło, ARAM’s 16-person installation team set up, connected, and calibrated the entire infrastructure in just three days. During the event itself, a permanent seven-person team of specialized ARAM technicians was responsible for the visuals and smooth operation of the live equipment.
