Nasze klauzule RODO dotyczące formularza kontaktowego

Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (dalej: RODO) informujemy, iż:

  1. Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest ARAM spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Warszawie 05-077, Trakt Brzeski 118 zwana dalej ARAM.
  2. Administrator wyznaczył inspektora ochrony danych, z którym można skontaktować się na adres: info@aram.eu lub kierując korespondencję pisemna na adres siedziby ARAM.
  3. Państwa dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie zadane przez formularz na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO.
  4. Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie przez upoważnionych pracowników administratora danych.
  5. Dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego, ani organizacji międzynarodowej.
  6. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do wyjaśnienia sprawy w związku otrzymaniem zapytania przez formularz kontaktowy dostępny w ramach formy kontaktu na stronie internetowej www.aram.eu
  7. Posiadają Państwo prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (dalej: RODO) informujemy, iż:

  1. Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest Aram spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością . z siedzibą w Warszawie 05-077, Trakt Brzeski 118 zwana dalej ARAM.
  2. Administrator wyznaczył inspektora ochrony danych, z którym można skontaktować się na adres: info@aram.eu lub kierując korespondencję pisemna na adres siedziby ARAM.
  3. Administrator przetwarza dane osobowe zebrane za pośrednictwem formularza rejestracyjnego dostępnego na stronie internetowej: www.aram.eu/crew
  4. Administrator przetwarza następujące dane: (i) adres e-mail Użytkownika (ii) imię i nazwisko Użytkownika; (iii) numer telefonu Użytkownika; (iv) miasto Użytkownika; (v) opcjonalnie: specjalizacja główna, specjalizacja dodatkowa, dodatkowe umiejętności, znajomość języków, stawka technik, stawka realizator, prawo jazdy, posiadane uprawnienia, historia współpracy, największe projekty
  5. Państwa dane osobowe przetwarzane są w celach związanych z rejestracją Użytkowników w bazie CREW Portal.
  6. Podanie przez Państwa danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, a niepodanie danych osobowych może skutkować brakiem możliwości rejestracji w CREW Portal za pomocą formularza.
  7. Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie przez upoważnionych pracowników administratora danych.
  8. Dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego, ani organizacji międzynarodowej.
  9. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres 10 lat.
  10. Posiadają Państwo prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
  11. Mają Państwo prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego gdy uznają Państwo, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych Państwa dotyczących narusza przepisy RODO.
  12. Państwa dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w formie profilowania.

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

The Administrator processes the following data: (i) User’s e-mail address (ii) User’s name and surname; (iii) the User’s telephone number; (iv) the User’s city; (v) optional: main specialization, additional specialization, additional skills, language knowledge, technician rate, contractor rate, driving license, qualifications, history of cooperation, largest projects
  5. Your personal data are processed for purposes related to the registration of Users in the CREW Portal database.
  6. Providing your personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide personal data may result in the inability to register in the CREW Portal using the form.
  7. Your personal data will be processed only by authorized employees of the data administrator.
  8. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
  9. Personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years.
