Building The New Odyssey City - a Samsung Stand at Gamescom 2022

Overview:

In less than two months, our company was tasked with constructing a gaming stand for Samsung at Gamescom 2022. The stand was to be built on an area of over 500m2.

Challenges:

The client had very little time to produce, and struggled to find a partner who would accept the deadline. The agency came up with a concept, a visualization, which we turned into a technical project. After that, we had to work on a very tight timeframe to get everything ready before Gamescom 2022.

Solution:

We were able to meet the challenge with the work of our two dedicated project managers: Kasia Szwed, who was responsible for the decor and Jacek Strugała, responsible for the technical production. We hired a partner for a stand construction, organized the team and were ready for the challenge. We worked hard to ensure that everything was completed. The whole production was supervised by our COO, Michał Mrzygłocki.
