Tonomus - MWC Barcelona

Challenges:

Our team faced an exceptionally tight production deadline when Tonomus commissioned us to create their booth. The project required an international mobilization of resources, particularly due to the urgency of commencing work on the Mockup in Riyadh.

Solution:

From the confirmation of the project by the client on January 11th to the initiation of the Mockup construction in Riyadh on January 17th, we had to operate swiftly and efficiently. We organized comprehensive logistics, gathering equipment from various locations, including Dubai and Warsaw. The delivered equipment included a customized Rack System with specially designed computer infrastructure (9 computers with RTX4090 graphics cards), LED screens with the Watchout system, a studio lighting setup with a GrandMA console, camera equipment, and a Sound System with comprehensive installation and operational support. 

Results:

Despite exceptionally challenging production conditions and extremely tight deadlines, we completed the project. Our solution was delivered to two prestigious events: LEAP in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (February 7-9, 2023), and MWC Barcelona (February 28 – March 3). Our ability to effectively operate under time pressure was appreciated, and our team’s mobilization yielded the expected results.
